	Employees in dispute with their employer.
	Tenants in dispute with their landlords.
	Credit consumers in dispute with finance providers.
	Representation in Criminal proceedings.
	Representation in General Civil proceedings, including but not limited to actions for: breach of conduct negligence insurance; and debt.

On-going legal assistance:

On-going legal assistance, including client representation, is available to those people who meet the Westside Community Lawyers client selection criteria, namely that:

	No other grant of legal aid is available.
	The client is unable to afford private legal representation.
	The dispute contains some element of inequality between the parties in conflict.
	The client has legal merit, ie. that there is a reasonable chance of the dispute being resolved in favour of the client.
